The Roto Mold Range of economy rotomolding machines is being introducing by R.S. Engineers, offers for meeting the needs of today's rotomolder of an efficient, modern, low investment, offering freedom of different configurations.

The Roto Mold Range is a shutting Oven Rotomolding Machine.The Rotomold Range is offered in 2000, 5000,10000 & 15000 liter sizes. The Rotomold fits in limited space. The Rotomold arms are very robust and carousal mounted. The lubricating points are easily accessible.

The Roto Mold has an indirectly fired oven which can run on gas or most oils.The quantity of fuel used is very low. The consumption can very from 7 litre to 25 liters per hour depending on the model and size of the machine, type of fuel etc. The Rotomold has a very good hot air recirculation system. The flow of air can vary from 15,000 - 30,000 cfm.

The Rotomold offers individual cooling of each station. Each arm load can be cooled by fan cooling, mist or natural air means as individually programmed on the panel.

The Rotomold can be "remotely" controlled. The person running the machine could be semi-skilled and is required to load and unload articles. The panel can be programmed for times, temperatures, delays, speed etc.
The Rotomold arms rotate in biaxial direction. The speeds of the major can be varied.The ratio is preset at 1:4.
The Rotomold can have a lot of options, e.g. extra arms, PLC control panel, Remote Electric boom crane, manual boom, microprocessor controlled heat control and all other accessories a rotomolder basically needs.
